This year Mothering Sunday is the 27th March.  What better way to show you care than a home made afternoon tea with all your Mum's favourite treats.  We have lots of tea set and cake stands which are perfect to help you to enjoy and display your home bakes.  Our cake stands are available to buy off the shelf or we can create one to order if you have something specific in mind.

You may not need a special day to buy someone you love something special but it can sometimes prompt you to.  This heart shaped glass dish is a perfect gift, especially if you add some chocolates to it!!  If you don't want such an obvious gift, have a browse though the hundreds of preloved items we have and see if you can find something a bit different.  It will be a gift with a lot of thought given to the receiver if you go for a preloved vintage piece.

Well at Happy Catt, absolutely nothing!!  That's because everything we sell has been owned before, second hand or preloved as we like to call it.  This makes us a very green way to shop.  As well as all the items on sell even our packaging it second hand as far a possible.  We do use new packing tape but we have moved to paper tape and will be using this as soon as we have worked through the plastic stock. It's good to be back after a proper break and rest and we will endeavour to source interesting items and treasures...

It was a very busy Sunday Market at Clevedon this week.  It's great to be back face to face and feeling a little more normal.  We had good sales of vintage serving plates, ideal for big turkey gatherings.  If you missed out you can still buy online and be ready to serve up the Christmas dinner we all graved for last year with friends and family.
