I can't believe how long a bar of soap lasts compared to a bottle of liquid soap.  I gave up on liquid soap and shower gel a couple of years ago in an effort to cut my single use plastic.  In doing so not only have I reduced my plastic use but saved a fortune too.  A bar of soap just seems to go on and on and on.  I have several bars of soap in waiting, given to me as gifts but they are quite literally gathering dust!  If you are a soap user but don't have a soap...

It's amazing how one item can cause such a stir on a page.  This week is was this cookie jar.  A customer was sent a link to this item for sale on Happy Catt by one of their customers as they knew they had been seeking this exact item for over two years.  The tortoise is now on it's way to a new home to replace one lost many years ago.  I hope both the tortoise and butterfly both arrive at the same time and still attached!  The powers of the internet are amazing.

It was a busy Clevedon Sunday market this week.  It was so lovely to see people starting to venture out again. You can't beat the hustle and bustle of a live market. Looking forward to seeing regulars and new faces alike at the next one which will be the first Sunday of October.

Today we have been busy drilling and fixing plates to make 2 and 3 tier plate stands.  All the plates are preloved, some stands are made with matching sets other mix and match.
