Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey.

How to track

1. Check your email – Look for a dispatch confirmation from Happy Catt. It includes your Royal Mail tracking number and a direct tracking link.
2. Use your order status page – Click the link in your order confirmation email to view live updates on your order status.
3. Track directly with Royal Mail – Visit royalmail.com/track-your-item and enter your tracking number.

Can't find your tracking details?

Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day. If you haven't received a dispatch email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.
