A guide to buying Happy Catt preloved items

Preloved is the term used for an item that has been owned by someone else before you. 

At Happy Catt we want you to love the preloved items that you buy from us. 

When we list preloved items for sale, we will try to give you as much detail as possible about the condition and lots of photos.  This way you can have plenty of information needed to make up your mind on purchasing or not.

Excellent, as new condition

This is used to describe a preloved item which is in near original production condition.  

Really good condition

Almost perfect but not quite good enough for excellent.  Minor signs of wear consistent with item's age.

Good condition

The preloved item shows wear consistent with the item's age and use. It will still be fit for purpose.

Fair condition

This is used to describe an item which has had a little more wear over the years than something that is in good condition. 

Upcycled/repurposed

These items have been created with preloved items and materials.  Each will have a clear description and describe any wear.

We list all defects, if something is chipped, cracked or broken this will be clearly listed on the product description.  We would prefer you to be pleasantly surprised by the condition of the item rather than disappointed.
