Refund policy

Refunds & Cancellations.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or just change your mind then please let us know as soon as possible.  

Should you wish to return any or all of your order, you may do so within 14 days of receipt, and subject to their safe arrival we will refund the goods value less any payment transaction fees, no questions asked.  We do not refund original postage and you will need to pay the return postage. 

If you decide to cancel your order before the order has been processed a full refund less payment transaction fees will be refunded to you.  If the order has been processed then you would need to start a return as above.
