Delivery & Shipping

The cost of postage is constantly increasing and more expensive than we would like.  We don't make any money on deliveries and keep the prices we charge as fair as possible.  We will combine all items of an order to the same address and costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.  Make the most of the postage charge by buying multiple items, if items are small or light, several items will go for the single postage rate.

We pack all items using as much recycled/used packaging as possible, using large boxes to pack as protectively as possible. 

We pack well and aim to deliver your item in one piece, despite this Royal Mail or any other UK courier will not offer insurance for glass or china shipments.  We understand the responsibility of delivering your order safely is ours which is why we use large boxes with lots of packing rather than over packing into small boxes.

A standard small or medium parcel up to 2kg is £3.99

A standard medium parcel up to 10kg is £6.65

A standard medium parcel up to 20kg is £12.75

Orders over 20kg will be packed and posted with the most economical combination of parcels to cover the weight.

You may also collect your item free of charge from our business address.

At this moment in time we are unable to offer delivery for our furniture items, however we are happy to pack them and prepare them ready for a carrier you organise.

Should you arrive at checkout and find the postage excessive or incorrect please message and we can pack and weigh the items and calculate the cost manually, sometimes we get it wrong and sometimes the system doesn't work as we expect.
