Shipping policy

The cost of delivering is expensive and more than we would like.  Please make the most of your postage charge by buying multiple items, postage is combined automatically, smaller items combine to the basic postage charge in many instances. 

The smallest parcel size we use is a standard Royal Mail small parcel.

We pack all our items using as much recycled/used packaging as possible, using large boxes to pack as protectively as possible. 

We pack well and aim to deliver your item in one piece, despite this Royal Mail or any other UK courier will not offer insurance for glass or china shipments.  We understand the responsibility of delivering your order safely is ours which is why we don't skimp on packing or use small parcels to cut costs. 

We ship via Royal Mail 2nd and aim to have your order in the post within 2 working days.
